To request a fit check, send only a public URL and reproducible failure path; no payment or site access is needed at that stage. After we confirm fit, we’ll provide a clear scope and price.
One critical fix
One ranked critical defect plus up to four minor defects across up to five pages or templates and one existing lead form.
Backed up and tested
Secure backup and rollback point, desktop/mobile QA, form-delivery test, change log, and evidence pack.
Bounded or refunded
The public-path fit check requires no payment or access. If secure Start Gate validation later shows the repair cannot stay within the defined scope, we stop before modification and issue a full refund. No redesign, migration, hosting move, or surprise work.
How Site Rescue 72 works
1. Request a fit check — send your URL, the critical issue, and reproduction steps.
2. Complete the Start Gate — cleared payment, named approver, verified access, backup, and maintenance window. Never send passwords by ordinary email.
3. We repair and prove it — the 72-hour clock starts after the gate, with QA, evidence, handoff, and rollback.
